«Hjelpsom og vennlig personale. Flott frokostbuffé. Reint, ryddig og fint. Meget hyggelig personale»

«Everything was excellent.»

«The Lancaster may have a few years on her, but the owners have kept it very clean and comfortable. It's a short walk for food, groceries and the bottle shop. Considering it's on the main road, it's relatively quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it's great value for the price. I'd stay again if the need arises.»

«The apartment was clean, comfortable and modern . The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent as it was close to the bus station so we could get around with ease. The only real downside was that our apartment balcony overlooked the main road which was extremely noisy. The noise could also be heard in the living area. However we were out a lot so for the short stay it wasn't too inconvenient.»

«Secure property - reception isn't always manned. It's a 3* hotel so you get what you pay for - however was not expecting stained sheets & no toilet roll holder. Other than that, no major issues with the place.»

«The twin room was clean and had all the equipment in the kitchen that I needed. Location is great and this room is quieter than I had expected given the location near PA hospital. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Brisbane.»

«they make you read out your credit card details for the whole plaza to hear. instead of just a booking number. they don't tell you how the information is stored or destroyed. just stay away and spend your money elsewhwre. never met such FAKE receptionists in my life»

«Var der bare en natt. Så slitt ut utvendig. Fint rom. Fikk bytte rom da tildelt rom hadde røyklukt.»

«Perfect reception with quick check-in and convenient parking. Great location on South Bank, in the heart of the city. Spacious room for four and a fantastic rooftop pool, although there were few available sunbeds. Friendly staff, excellent service, and a delicious breakfast.»
