«The location was perfect, just a few minutes to various Sunday River lifts and the house is brand new. We loved curling up in front of the gas fireplace at night and also enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and fire pit. The host was quick to respond to any questions and we would definitely come back. »

The listing welcomes couples but we came here with our tween kids, and it was PERFECT. The incredibly clean hot tub was much appreciated after long days of skiing, but our favorite way to end the day was with some friendly, family competition downstairs in the game room. «We spent 2 nights at this little slice of heaven for my mother’s 70th birthday . We had a small group of us stay the 2 nights and some extra friends/ family visit one of the days to celebrate . Even with rainy weather we had such a great time! The cabin had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves , including an array of games! The property was beautiful and easy to find . We found a lovely coffee shop in downtown Fryeburg that had delicious coffee , bagels, and pastries . Would highly recommend! ...

«Beautiful place, very clean and cozy with nice touches. Our group of 9 fit quite comfortably. Beds were comfy, hot tub was ready for us and clean, and the kitchen and sitting area were generous and beautiful. I say it was cozy but the A-frame ceiling is high and gorgeous, but somehow still cozy! Loved the place and Dave and Kim were a pleasure to work with - plenty of communication and they were available for any issues, but we had none. Highly recommended!»
