«Great location for visiting Sandringham. Breakfast not included in room fee. My husband likes to read and write in morning. There was no desk in the room and no access to open areas in the facility. Being located “right next” to the road, with the bed on that wall, it was noisy. Double pained windows on that wall would help. »

«Set in the quiet and bucolic Norfolk countryside, this is a lovely place to stay for a quiet retreat. We stayed in an en-suite cabin with two dogs, we were surrounded by woodland and looked out over a lake, of which there are a few within the site.
Alongside the great views, we had a comfortable bed, tea and coffee facilities and a clean and modern en-suite.
There are lovely walks to be had around the site and the coast is around a 30 minute drive.

«On arrival at Bell Cottage we were met by occupants who directed us around the corner to the owner's house. The owner was not in but able to communicate via the Ring doorbell. We were greeted warmly and told where to collect the keys to a different property with en-suite and a shared kitchen, situated to the the left of the owner's house. So a bit of confusion to start with, but the attic room we occupied was lovely, cosy, comfy and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed our stay. »

«Sian, the landlady is wonderful -- friendly and extremely helpful. Hotel's.com said there are laundry facilities but this is not true. BUT Sian did our laundry for us.
We stayed in the annex but no one who was mobility problems, or is tall or heavy should stay there -- it is difficult to maneuver under the low ceilings. »
