Welcome to a truly special home in the heart of Gamla stan, one of Stockholm’s most iconic and historic areas. Located on a quiet street yet surrounded by life, this attic apartment offers a rare combination of charm, character and central location.

Set at the top of the building, the apartment has a unique atmosphere defined by sloped ceilings, warm light and carefully preserved details. It feels both cozy and spacious at the same time, creating a memorable stay that goes far beyond a standard apartment.

The home features three bedrooms and comfortably accommodates up to four guests. The main bedroom has a double bed, while the two additional bedrooms each offer a single bed, making it ideal for couples, small families or friends traveling together.

The apartment includes two bathrooms for added convenience. The larger bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bathtub, washing machine and dryer, while the smaller bathroom features a toilet and a shower.

The living areas invite you to relax after a day exploring the city, and the fireplace adds an extra level of warmth and atmosphere, especially during colder months. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to enjoy meals at home if desired.

Stepping outside, you are immediately in the heart of Gamla stan. Cobblestone streets, historic buildings, small boutiques, cafés and restaurants surround you in every direction. Major landmarks and waterfront views are all within walking distance, and excellent transport connections make it easy to explore the rest of Stockholm.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including three bedrooms, the spacious living area with a fireplace, the kitchen with modern appliances and two bathrooms.

Please do respect our neighbours by being respectful of noise when coming and going. And there is no smoking inside, nor within 100 meters of our apartment building.

If you want to use the fireplaces, please bring your own firewood, which you can usually find at Munkbrohallen - a great supermarket only 5 minutes walk from our apartment.

Fireplaces get hot when used, so please be careful when opening and closing the fireplace door as it will be hot.

The apartment is located on the third floor and there is no elevator to access it.

🔥 Fireplace Reminder: Once a fire is started, please keep the door closed until it has completely burned out. Opening it early may cause smoke to enter the room and trigger the fire alarm.
