«Very nice property in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable memory foam. Everything in the house was super clean and simple. Would recommend this house to anyone staying in La Junta area. Priced right for home size and location. Owner was great with communication as well. 10 out of 10. »

«Brand new 3 bedroom basement suite. Great open layout with living and kitchen combined, big master suite. Good light even though your below ground and under the main house. Has a big Backyard and hot tub - we didn’t use due to time spent at Brush for family reunion. Great hosts, will stay again when in the area. »

«I felt safe staying here. Sam was very friendly and provided excellent service. We were visiting a family friend in Pueblo West, and the location was convenient with plenty of restaurants and things to do nearby. Walmart and King Scoopers (Kroger) were just a few minutes away, which made shopping easy. We used the kitchen often since it was more affordable than eating out. Overall, a great stay—we’d definitely choose this property again.»

«It was our first time in Colorado and we could notnhave found a better place for our family of 6. Plenty of space, great location for driving into the major cities without footing those huge bills. Oir kids are 1 through 9 and they loved it too!»
