«I had a great experience during my stay. Jasmine was an amazing staff member, and I truly appreciated her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. The entire staff and team were welcoming and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. Their customer service really stood out and made my experience that much better. Thank you, Jasmine, and the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable!»

«Other than a few spiderwebs in the corners of the room everything was fantastic.»

«Room/ Bed was unclean with stain and dirt marks»

«Clean hotel. Comfortable beds and friendly helpful staff»

«Great stay, nice staff, clean rooms!»

«We stay here often for concerts. Always clean and the staff is always amazing. Price has gone up a lot and disappointed that ESA animals are no longer allowed free of charge.»

«Fint og rent. Veldig bra basseng. Veldig god service og hyggelig personal»

«Nice»

«The room was clean and comfortable, but a bit run down. The bathroom vanity was severely worn, the shower was hard to regulate the temperature in because the handle was damaged, and the coffee maker made the worst coffee ever. I suspect that was because it really needed a cleaning. I only interacted with one staff member who was polite and pleasant. The other times I went by the desk, including at checkout, there was no one there.»

«Marriot Residence Inn in Princess Palm Tampa FL needs a renovation! Appliances are not up to date, and there was a dent in the refrigerator door. Also they were greasy.. Mold in Shower, baseboards dirty! Floors dirty. Ice maker didn't work in Fridge, no hot water in kitchen sink, 3 inch's of water in dishwasher, didn't dare use it, bathroom sink was plugged up, lighting was so low you could barely see anything in the room. Anyway, you could see globs of plaster in the bathroom.. just isn't up ...
