Very small bathrooms, odd plumbing choices (kitchen faucet that would not get hot, no water from fridge, master shower hot water that had to very carefully adjust to turn off), and some electrical mishaps (switches that appear to control nothing). «Pros The home was very nice and very roomy. The pool and hot tub was very nice. The neighborhood was quiet and close to a lot of things. Cons The jets did not come on in the hot tub and the waterfall in the pool area never came on. The waterfall in the hot tub ran a lot.
