«The abode is located in the basement of a very nice home in a quiet neighborhood. It has a private entrance, very spacious living room and a small kitchenette. There was plenty of towels provided as well as an ironing board/iton, broom and vacuum. «This property was one of the best we have stayed at. It was everything we needed, the bedroom and bathroom luxurious. The kitchen area was the perfect size, stocked with a choice of coffees, teas and snacks. It’s perfectly located to go to the many wineries, restaurants and shopping in the area, It is an easy drive into Charlottesville. Our hostess was great, texting to check if we needed anything. "We stayed here for one night as we where driving through the area. The hotel is generally quite new and holds a modern standard. What bothers me about a brand new building (as a non us resident) is that there will still be quite a noticeable noise disturbance from neighbour rooms. This could have been alot better. We slept well though as the noise calmed down around evening time. Breakfast was very simple - just a few choices of yoghurt, muffin, granola bars, oatmeal and cooked eggs. "
