Managed by the owners and not a property manager (find us at Luray Mountain Cabins), the Black Walnut Cottage is an impeccably clean, beautifully decorated property that magically blends upscale cottage and cabin styles.  All pine interior construction and mountain views out every window, this property offers a full kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops, cozy living room with fireplace and soaring cathedral ceiling, bedroom with luxe Egyptian cotton linens, and a spa-style bathroom with marble topped vanity, freestanding Jacuzzi brand soaking tub, and a full shower. Enjoy the outdoors on the rear patio with your own private hot tub under the stars, Weber propane grill, and a firepit with seating or on the covered (mountain facing) front porch furnished with authentic log furniture. Property offers WiFi and all the amenities you could need for a relaxing getaway. Guests only need to bring their clothes, toiletries & groceries as your Hosts have provided everything else. The Black Walnut Cottage is located on Roundhead Mountain, easily accessed from a paved rural road and paved lane, 5 minutes to grocery/coffee/restaurants. It is privately situated on its own acreage, easily accessed by any vehicle, 4WD not necessary during normal weather conditions.

Minimum rental age is 23 years, no groups permitted. Occupancy 3 total/2 adults max. Rez above 2 guests requires Host approval. Inquire BEFORE making rez to avoid credit card processing fees for cancellation.
