«The property manager Ronita is simply the best. We found ourselves stranded in St Thomas due to an airspace closure and were scrambling for a place for our family to stay. Ronita managed several properties and could not have been more helpful or accommodating. She not only found us a place to stay, but provided us with a lot of helpful information about where to eat and visit. The unit worked well for our family and it felt safe and clean. «Property was clean and lovely! Property manager was very responsive and great to work with. This is our third time at Point Pleasant but first time staying in a lower unit. View from this room is absolutely amazing! AC kept the whole room cool. Only tip I could have for the owner would be that the drapes don’t fully cover the door near the bed, so just for privacy that would be good ;-). I would absolutely stay here again and very much enjoyed our stay.»

«We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was clean and our host was very responsive when we had questions. We did not swim in the pools, but we visited each one just to see the views. The Terrace pool view was our favorite. In January it was cool enough in the late day and evening to have the doors open and screens pulled to get a great breeze. We slept to the sound of the waves just below the deck. There were iguanas in the trees outside the back deck. A perfect island ...
