«The rooms were so bad that I did not stay and the people at the front desk would not refund my money. The rooms that I looked at smelled like mildew and smoke. The first room that I looked at, had water dripping from the supply line at the toilet. I did not spend the night at this property and I would not recommend anybody else stay at this property.»

«We have stayed in several locations around Knoxville while visiting UT Medical. Old City is our favorite, and this loft was clean, comfortable, fun, and steps away from unique dining destinations and a short walk to Market Square. We had delicious dinner at Fiori, and for breakfast we did the short drive to Kern Food Hall and ate at Eggspectation. Definitely recommend a trip to Kern Food Hall. Check in/out was easy, & the host was very patient and helpful when we had a booking glitch on our end. ...

«Great place to stay in Maryville. It was close to several good restaurants. It was also located close to the Great Smoky Mountains, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Knoxville. We were also close to the Bronco Off-Roadeo, which is the main reason for our stay. The place was clean and comfortable. The noise from the restaurant below did not bother me but my husband was a little more sensitive to the noise. We would definitely stay here again.»
