The outdoor bar creates the perfect gathering spot for afternoon drinks, snacks and evenings by the pool, while the BBQ makes family dinners outside easy.



No crowded resort pool. No packing everyone up. Just your own private backyard where the family can swim, eat, relax and spend the day together.



GAMES + TWO LIVING ROOMS:

The garage has been transformed into a dedicated game room where kids and adults can challenge each other to arcade games, foosball and basketball. It’s perfect for rainy afternoons, breaks from the sun or a little friendly competition after dinner.

Inside, two separate living rooms give larger families something especially valuable—room to spread out. Kids can watch a movie in one space while adults relax in the other, teenagers can have their own hangout, or everyone can come together for family movie night.

After a full day of swimming, games and beach adventures, 4 comfortable bedrooms give everyone a place to recharge. The spacious primary suite offers direct access to the pool deck, perfect for stepping outside with a morning coffee, while the bunk room gives younger guests a fun space of their own.



The fully equipped kitchen and dining area make everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners easy, with a blender, toaster, rice maker and everyday cooking essentials. A washer and dryer are also available, making longer stays and beach days easier. Please refer to Airbnb’s sleeping arrangements for the exact bed configuration.



BEACHES + GULF COAST FUN:

Spend the day swimming, building sandcastles or watching one of Florida’s famous sunsets at nearby Gulf beaches, including Indian Rocks Beach and the surrounding beach communities. Restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and family attractions throughout Largo and Clearwater are also within easy reach. Then come home for another swim, a soak in the hot tub, a drink at the outdoor bar or family game night. Beach day or pool day? Here, you can have both.



POOL HEATING:

The pool is maintained at approximately 80°F, which is included with your reservation. Prefer warmer water? Enhanced pool heating up to approximately 90°F is available for $69 per day and must be arranged in advance for the full duration of your reservation. Outdoor pool temperatures are naturally affected by weather conditions. Heat loss may occur overnight, during windy conditions or when outdoor temperatures fall, so exact water temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

For equipment protection, the heater may temporarily enter defrost mode or shut down when outdoor temperatures fall below 50°F. It will resume operation automatically when conditions permit.

This home is located in a quiet, family-friendly residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of the surrounding neighbors throughout your stay.

PARKING: Driveway parking for 3 vehicles maximum.

Despite regular professional pest treatment on this property, sightings of ants, palmetto bugs, lizards, or other critters are simply part of life in this climate, both indoors and out. This is common throughout Florida and is not a reflection of the property’s cleanliness. We ask that guests keep this in mind before booking and reach out to us if any issue seems beyond normal seasonal activity.**

Guests have private access to the entire home and all amenities, including the heated pool, hot tub, outdoor bar, BBQ area, dedicated garage game room, two living rooms and outdoor spaces.



Enjoy easy self check-in with a private door code sent approximately 1 hour before the 4:00 PM check-in time.



The entire property is yours to enjoy during your stay—settle in, spread out and make yourself at home.



The Neighborhood:

Enjoy the best of the Gulf Coast from a quiet, family-friendly Largo neighborhood. The home is conveniently located near Indian Rocks Beach, Belleair Beach and Clearwater Beach, making it easy to spend the day swimming, building sandcastles or catching a beautiful Florida sunset.

Restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops and everyday shopping are all nearby, with even more waterfront dining, ice cream shops and local boutiques along the beach communities. Families will also find plenty of nearby activities, parks and attractions throughout Largo and Clearwater. You’ll have the best of both worlds—a peaceful place to come home to with your own pool, hot tub, outdoor bar and games, while the beaches, dining, shopping and Gulf Coast fun are just a short drive away.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to explore Largo and the surrounding Gulf Coast. The home offers convenient access to Indian Rocks Beach, Belleair Beach, Clearwater Beach, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and family attractions.

Uber and Lyft are also readily available throughout the area, making it easy to enjoy dinner or drinks without driving.

Beach traffic can be heavier during weekends, holidays and peak season, so we recommend allowing extra travel time when heading toward the coast.

Parking is available at the home, making it easy to come and go throughout your stay.

Self check-in makes arrival easy, and your unique door code will be sent approximately 1 hour before the 4:00 PM check-in time. We’ll give you space to enjoy the home while remaining readily available whenever needed.
