Experience Gulf Front living at its best. This totally renovated, penthouse condo features a custom kitchen with stainless steel appliances, custom bathrooms,
Granite countertops, walk-in shower in the master bath, new tile throughout, new washer/ dryer and furnishings.

Flat screen TVs in the living room and all bedrooms.
Enjoy the luxury of high end modern decor coupled with the best ocean views and beach access Madeira Beach offers. This condo is truly one of a kind!

Also added, are very nice flat screen TVs and a new washer/dryer as well as new bedding throughout.

The kitchen is equipped with updated appliances and cabinets filled with dishes, cookware and utensils. Bed linens and bath towels are provided for up to 8 guests in the condo.

As a John's Pass Condo's guest you will have access to our office services such as printing boarding passes, sending and receiving faxes. We also have on site maintenance to handle repairs in your condo if necessary. Come and enjoy the beautiful beach and the attractions which include John's Pass Village and Boardwalk with its many shops, cafe, restaurants, fishing charters directly across the street from our condos, via a protected crosswalk. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your personal use.

There are 2 assigned parking spots available for this unit.

The location was excellent, however the apartment was filthy. We were a group of 8. We could feel the dirt under our feet. Crockery was broken or chipped. Photo sent to letting agent but no response. Towels in 1 bedroom were stained and bedding inside out in another. While location was excellent we would never recommend this property. We stayed in Holiday Villas II last year which was excellent despite being a bit further away. This property should be avoided.

We actually got stayed in 311. Location of this condo is excellent. This was a girls trip for 8 of us and it was quite spacious for all of us. Beds were all comfortable. The condo was clean, although the carpet could use a good shampoo or be changed out. Also, could have used better paper products (TP and paper towels) and it was not as well stocked as other VRBO's we've stayed in.

The location of this condo is great, oceanview, spacious apartment but …. it looks somewhat clean but needs attention to details like the baseboards and some areas were very dusty….Kitchen is equipped but some items are not enough for 8 ppl…Only one bath towel per person…Toilet paper just enough for 1 day…You need to go shopping to buy toilet paoer, hand soap, dishwasher tablets as we got only two….No kitchen towels ….Only two chairs on the balcony as other two were broken…Not sure what should be included in rental here in US as you got all these items included in your rental in Canada…Elevator is another story…It worked fir rwo days and then it was out of order for another two…If you have a health issues don’t book the 5th floor…I have a heart and back problems and it was quite difficult to walk upstairs…Other than that it was great to drink a coffee on the

Excellent location, very comfortable apartment, the only thing that was not pleasant was the televisions in the room did not work and the internet, although they gave us the passwords, could never connect, and the elevator sometimes did not work and going up to the 5th floor was very uncomfortable. But for the rest everything was very pleasant.

The location is great. We enjoyed the proximity to John’s Pass, the beach, and having a pool. The cleanliness of the condo was not horrible, but could have been better. The tub/shower was filthy and there was a bucket of old moldy water sitting in the laundry room. The fitted sheets needed to be redone because they were placed on sideways. None of these things impacted our overall stay, but were inconvenient. The elevator was unreliable and with the unit being on the 5th floor this was extremely inconvenient. Overall an average space with an exceptional location.

Family's Spring Break 2025

We had a great vacation at Beach Place by Johns Pass. There is a little work yet to be done from the Hurricane damage, and the week we were there, the elevator was out of order, which we were informed about before arrival. The location was awesome! We could walk to the boardwalk for dining, shopping and entertainment. Our only complaint about our unit was the cleanliness of the floors, and we wished there were more bath towels. But, we would highly recommend staying here. The heated pool was another big plus to our stay.

Fabulous location for beach, dining and shopping fun. The elevators are out because of hurricanes in the past….that was a little tough carrying luggage and stuff up and down 6 flights, but my legs are more toned now!!

Requested feedback

Nice view, nice rooms. Mattresses and pillows need upgrades, and most of the extra pillows were stained/dirty/worn. It would be good if you replace the pillows and freshen up the cases.

Location, location, location

Condo is well-appointed, lots of space even for our group of 7, and so close to the pool, beach, & John’s Pass. One very disappointing, and frankly disgusting, experience was the blood-stained pillow & fitted sheet in the bedroom with the 1Q bed. Ceiling fan in the bedroom with 2Q beds remains broken. Where sinks join countertops (kitchen & bathrooms could use a good scrub to remove the blank “gunk” and re-caulked. The condo is large, that’s why I gave a better rating - other than what was mentioned here, most everything else was as expected.

Family beach trip for a few days

Overall the experience at the condo worked out great for us. Perfect location to the beach, pool and to Johns Pass. Plenty of sleeping room for 5. Great view from the balcony. 2 bathrooms accommodated us. Kitchen and living room spacious. I would recommend getting a new ceiling fan in the first bedroom to the left as it shakes real bad from ceiling when turned on and missing a blade. After that first attempt to use we didn’t turn on for the remainder of the trip. Also maybe some updated pillow cases and blankets as there are stain from rust or food.

Beautiful views & Great location

The views were amazing and the location was perfect with the boardwalk walking distance. Check in was easy but 2 of the 3 beds had dirty sheets with hair and sand visible. I washed those sheets and quilt. The sofa had loads of sand in the creases so I cleaned that as well. The washer was brand new but the dryer made a LOUD banging sound which was annoying as my kids needed to go to bed. I emailed about the sheets being dirty and asked about parking spaces as that was confusing to us since they were not next to each other and never heard back from management. Be prepared to clean but honestly we loved the views and location. I would rent in this building again.

Terrible experience

The only thing good about this property is the location. There was disgusting mildew/mold on master shower curtain. It took several days to get it changed out. They replaced it with a flimsy $1 liner. We paid to have a washing machine and dryer in the unit. Washing machine never worked. We reported it multiple times and they claimed it needed parts. In my opinion, it should have been replaced immediately. We found something on the sheets that was not a stain from after washing. So all of the sheets were NOT fresh. None of us slept well. The beds have to be the cheapest mattresses. If you like sleeping on extra firm mattresses, this is your place. The pillows were completely flat. There were NO extra blankets or pillows. One of the workers sent his father to change out the shower curtain. Initially he was nice, but when I pushed about the washing machine, he wouldn't let me talk. I tried calling the phone number for the management company and he's the one who answered. He kept telling me he didn't work there. Why on earth is this who is answering the phone? We were there 4 more days after that incident and still couldn't get in touch with anyone. I reported this to VRBO multiple times while at the condo. Still nothing was resolved. I called VRBO again after we returned home. The VRBO customer service got Jim on the line. Jim is one of the managers. He said he knew nothing about this. I sent him photos. Still no help!
