«Robert has done an amazing job renovating the property, there is so much attention to detail and the design is very well thought out. At the time of writing the photos don't do it justice. «Looking for a cozy getaway in the woods , The Country did not disappoint. It was a stormy weekend which turned the already beautiful scenic area into a winter wonderland. «Where do we start. This boathouse has everything you would ever need or what. The water view was breath taking. Brenda decorated the place so nice. Just beautiful.Rod and Brenda who own the boathouse were so friendly and helpful. You don't want to miss this place to stay. «Had a stay in mid September--lots of amazing weather to experience: hot, cool, stormy, calm, hazy, crisp. Enjoyed the deck and sun and the cozy fireplace. So close to the East Coast Trail for great hikes. Had friends come for some meals and it was a great space to visit and enjoy. It feels remote yet safe.
