«The hotel is conveniently located and has a more unique theme (art deco-esque). The room itself was fairly standard - quiet but kind of sloppy (paint job was meh but that didn’t impact our overall stay). The biggest thing that stood out was that there was a very dirty spot on the bathroom wall.»

«The hotel was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food. The rooms were decent. The only complaint is the shower drain in our bathroom was not cleared of hair. You wouldn’t see it initially because it is under a filter type screen. However, the shower started filling up and it was only when we pulled up the screen that we were able to see the drain was blocked with hair. Other than that it was a great stay.»

«Our room was really nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the location was excellent. Our room was on the second floor but was pretty noisy at night for a while. The walls were a little thin as I was awoken by the sounds of the couple next door engaging in relations. There must have been some kind of utility room below our room as we were woken up with the sounds of banging and doors shutting. These were minor complaints, and we would definitely stay there again.»

«We had a wonderful time. Great communication ahead of stay. Loved the property and the common area amenities. The only downside for me was I like dark rooms when I sleep and the windows only had sheer curtains and the street lights are on outside. Would definitely recommend and stay again.»

«The hosts were great. We arrived in the city early and they allowed us to keep our luggage there during the day until check-in. The host had brought our bags up to the room. «We’ve stayed here a couple times for an event at the KC Convention Center, and are never disappointed. Staff is very accommodating, always present, super friendly, and seem to enjoy working there. Breakfast is good, it’s nothing to write home about, but it’s hot and has some flavor. The street car is a block and a half away, and there is a Dollar General a block away which carries a little bit of just about everything you need.»
