«Cottage is in a great location within easy walking distance to Sandy Bay shops, cafes and also to Salamanca Place. Quiet & off-street parking is a bonus. Washing machine and dryer are handy to have. The cosy log (gas) fire is enough to warm the cottage, plus heated towel rail and heated floor tiles in the bathroom are an added extra that was appreciated.»

«Comfortable accommodation though the bed was a little hard. Pet friendly but surprised the area surrounding the cottage was not fenced so the dog had to be tied up. The grass needed to be mown and was concerned there could be snakes lurking in the long grass. Overall, a good place to stay, quiet and a 20 minute walk into Richmond.»

«Berwick Cottage was in an excellent location but was let down by the condition of the property. The shower was mouldy and leaked and the paint on the kitchen benchtops was peeling off. One of the windows was broken and a number of the windows wouldn't open properly. On the positive side the property manager was extremely responsive and professional and the beds were very comfortable. It needs the owners to do some significant work to bring it up to standard. »

"Bra hotel sentralt i Hobart. Kort vei til sentrum og havneområdet. Plaget litt med støy da jeg hadde rom i 9.etg på grunn av vifter på taket. Neste opphold i 2.etg mye bedre. Frokosten koster 21 AUD ikke helt overbevist om at det var verdt det. Hadde litt problemer med å få skikkelig varmtvann i dusjen. Mikrobølgeovn, kjøleskap, glass og bestikk på rommet. Merkelig nok ikke tallerkener eller skåler."
