"This hotel is marketed as a five-star property, but in my opinion, it falls short of that standard. Most notably, it does not have a proper restaurant - or any restaurant at all - which I consider fairly essential for a five-star hotel. There is a small bar serving drinks and snacks, and while it was perfectly fine, the atmosphere was nothing special. The room was comfortable but very standard, with nothing particularly luxurious or memorable about it. I cannot really complain about the room itself, but I certainly expected more from a hotel advertised as five-star. The spa was quite expensive and only offered the gimmicky “beer spa”, with no conventional spa treatments available. That said, the hotel deserves credit where it is due. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful with everything we needed. It was also reasonably priced compared with other five-star hotels in Prague - although that may simply reflect the fact that it does not truly feel like one. The hotel’s greatest strength is undoubtedly its location, which is among the best in the city. David Černý’s famous rotating Franz Kafka Head is right outside the entrance. Two shopping centres with several grocery stores are only a two-minute walk away, while the main shopping street is about five minutes away. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants nearby, and most of Prague’s major attractions are within walking distance."

"I spent 4 nights there and was very pleased with my stay. The location is as close to city center as you get it, with a shopping mall on the other side of the street. The breakfast had a variety of things to chose from, easy access to both pool, casino and rooftop bar and just in general friendly staff. I’ll be back!"
