Both master and second bedroom with wardrobes and superb views of the harbour and out to sea. On the second floor you will find the third bedroom, enjoying similar views of the other bedrooms. The landscaped and well-stocked hillside terraced garden is accessed from the second-floor landing. At the lower level of the garden is a private patio area, from there steel steps lead to a spacious private decking area with table, chairs and sun loungers. (this steel structure and composite cladding decking was added in December 2025). The 4 sun loungers are available from May to mid September. From there you can sit with the palm trees in the garden and enjoy some of the best, if not the best, breathtaking views of the village of Mevagissey, harbour and out to sea. A landscaped pathway upwards leads from the decking area to a pergola with a bench, with even higher fantastic views of the village, harbour and out to sea.

The harbour village of Mevagissey has a good range of amenities including shops, pubs, restaurants, and takeaways as well as the historic harbour and beach. Within easy access from the village there are plenty of activities and places to visit, including the Lost Gardens of Heligan, a wealth of sandy beaches and the world-famous Eden Project.
