Please note: Recent coastal erosion has caused the beach level to drop directly behind the home, so guests must step down from the dune area to reach the sand. Pet-friendly and only 8 minutes to downtown St. Augustine. NOTE: Due to the time of year with King Tides and beach erosion, access to the beach may be difficult. The sand has been shoveled and sand bags have been added in a staircase format to assist with the steeper drop down.

This home is pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs with prior approval.
-A $200 pet fee applies
-Please clean up after your pets and keep them off the furniture.
-All pet waste must be picked up. A $50 fee will apply if waste is left in the yard.
-No cats allowed.
-Unattended pets must be crated.
-Unauthorized animals will result in additional fees.

A signed rental agreement is required to complete your reservation and will be sent after booking. Please note that failure to return the signed agreement may result in cancellation of your stay. Depending on your booking platform, a government-issued ID and copy of your credit card may also be required for verification after booking.
