«The house was very well appointed and decorated very nicely. Everything that we needed was provided and in good working order. The Marina Sunsets name is a great fit as we spent each evening on the outside porch watching the boats come in and the sun go down. We plan to rent this house again on our next visit to St. Augustine. Loved it - Laurie & Duane»

«The house was better than pictures. I have rented 35 plus VRBO properties. This was the best equipped property I have been in, also very clean. Had a couple small issues , gas grill empty but was resolved in 24 hours. Highly recommend this property»

«We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 198 Riberia. It was modern and clean with a great back porch that overlooked marshlands. It was quick to go back and forth to downtown. The only downside was space in the one bedroom. There wasn’t any room for our suitcases so we ended up stuffing one halfway under bed and the other was put out in the hallway. I knew this going in as other reviewers had mentioned it. Overall we loved the space and location .»

«Wonderful house one row back from the fantastic Butler beach. Spa in the garden was perfect (it was cold at night in April) for the kids. Huge lounge/kitchen room was perfect and led out onto the garden. Beautiful bedrooms and a top floor room. Garage with multiple beach toys and equipment was perfect.»

«Our family of 10 had a wonderful stay at this home! The downstairs bedroom was perfect for my mother and father in law (so they could avoid the stairs) and the master bedroom and bathroom upstairs is very spacious. The other two bedrooms and the other bath upstairs are more the “normal” size but still very nice! Tons of extra bedding if you need it. Backyard area and pool well kept as well. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it !»
