We typically vacation on the Gulf Coast but due to a hurricane, we switched things up this year and found this condo to be similar in cost. The location was fantastic being right on the beach, the amenities (indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub) were all great. The condo itself was somewhat disappointing compared to where we usually stay, especially for the price. This unit had multiple issues that could easily be taken care of by simple upgrades. The furniture in the photos was different than what was in the living room, the master tub had a constant drip, maintenance fixed a separate issue with the tub. The faucet in the kitchen would not pivot and part of it fell apart. The stackable washer/dryer was very loud and didn't perform well, the dishwasher had a lot of rust inside, the walls need painted, doors need replaced. We enjoyed ourselves but were used to a much more updated unit, especially if this is considered a gold unit. My brother stayed in a different unit the same week and his was much nicer (1108).
