Welcome to Ocean Oasis, a three-story townhome offering magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean, where you and your family can create lasting memories. Designed to envelop you in tranquility, Ocean Oasis is the perfect place for your much-needed escape!

The townhome features three levels: a garage/foyer, the main living area, and all bedrooms on the third level. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king-size bed with stunning ocean views and includes a full bathroom with a spacious two-sink vanity, a luxury walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet. The two guest queen bedrooms share a hall bathroom. Both the master bedroom and one guest queen bedroom feature private oceanfront balconies where you can relax and enjoy your favorite book. Each bedroom is equipped with flat-screen televisions that include Roku for streaming any must-see shows.

The main living area showcases fantastic beach views and includes a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, family room, dining area, half bath, laundry room, and a balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, pots and pans, dishes, a blender, a Keurig coffee maker, a regular coffee maker, serving ware, and all the essential equipment you need for preparing home-cooked meals. The family room offers ample seating with a couch and a full-size sofa sleeper. The laundry room is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer. A six-piece dining set, along with four bar stools, is ready for your family dinners. The main floor balcony provides an inviting seating area.

Beautifully decorated home with unbelievable views. Everything was perfect and my mother's birthday celebration was fantastic. To be able to walk out to the beach was amazing. There were tons of beach chairs available for use, and lots of beach towels. And an umbrella! The master bedroom and en-suite bath were a luxury. Thank for the memories!

It was a wonderful Place to stay. My only issue is there was no vacuum. The rug in living area was very sandy. We stayed a week. I like to vacuum often. Also the half bath downstairs wasn't clean. So it concerned me that the cleaning staff didn't clean the condo well. Other than that the condo was very well stocked and the quietness of the beach was worth having to clean when I got there!

Awesome Stay

The location was great! Nice and quiet but still close to everything. The proximity to the beach was absolutely wonderful. And the home itself was very well maintained and clean. We did not use the beach umbrella provided as we brought our own tent, but the beach chairs provided were in great condition. Would definitely recommend booking this one, it’s a gem!

Great Getaway

Great getaway location for a family girl’s trip! The condo was absolutely perfect in every way… cleanliness, location, comfortable beds, and THAT VIEW!!! Worked wonderfully as the beach was right off the bottom deck! Would definitely stay again!

Beach vaca with friends and family

We had a great stay. The property is right on the beach and comes with beach gear, beach toys, towels, and chairs. There is a shower, hose, and spout to wash off before going in the house, and there is plenty of outdoor porch/patio space. The host was very responsive. Overall, it was a great place and a wonderful vacation.

Great Place

The property was clean and very nice. The location was great as well. Direct beach access but, not too close to any of the public beach areas so not too crowded. Still fairly close to town though. Lots of great things to see and do in the St Augustine area. The property was very spacious and had great views. There was a few small maintenance issues that happened during our stay but, the property manager handled them quickly. Overall great place to stay!

Great Location Beautiful Beach

I had great communication with Marty. Location was amazing. Beach was Beautiful. So close to St Augustine. The fact that this sits right on the beach, it made it so convenient to bring out our tent ,chairs, games out to the beach. Then store them right into the garage for the next day. So wonderful to sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins early in the morning. We had a great family vacation.

How would you have handled no A/C for 4 days?

On the beach. Great views. Close to St Augustine attractions. Good enough house with a few gotchas. The house was not clean. Floors and carpets were dirty, cabinet knobs and pulls in the kitchen were sticky dirty. We bought pillows after the first night but the mattress was fine. Furnishings were fine. The trash bins were full from the previous occupants. Had to call the manager to have them emptied. The ice maker did not work. Had to call the manager and they were never able to fix it during our stay so we had to buy ice. The downstairs A/C was not working. Had to spend several hours troubleshooting and interacting with the management company.on the morning we checked out the A/C company was there replacing the full downstairs system. Management company offer a $100 refund off our rent which we felt was an insult. People’s true colors reveal themselves when there is an issue and the fact is, they did not adequately compensate us for four days of no A/C downstairs. Instead referred to the No Refunds policy AND telling us we got a good off-season rate. Both of which are immaterial to an A/C unit going out. It was hot during the day so we went to the beach or golf course every day and spent time upstairs in the bedrooms to stay cool. Lastly, the front bedroom had a window blind that had been damaged. The common upstairs bath has a damaged baseboard. Overall our impression is that this was most likely a great place when new and could use some updating. It will now have A/C.

perfect location!

Very conveniently located without being in the craziness of a typical beach town. Super easy with a 5yo and a 1yo. Loved the quick drive to St Augustine. House was very clean and more pillows and blankets than I have ever seen in a rental. Kitchen was fully stocked and the knives were actually sharp! We hope to stay again soon!

Perfect Location

The property was exactly as advertised. When we arrived, it was clean and check in was very easy since you had the code you could go right to the house. This townhouse makes you feel like you are sitting directly in the ocean. The views from everywhere were spectacular!! The beach was quiet and felt very private. I was hesitant about booking the middle unit, but we didn’t hear any noise from either neighbor. The beds were very comfortable which you don’t always find either! Loved being able to have garage access. It had plenty of beach chairs and sand toys available and it was a great spot for my husband to leave his fishing poles. The location was not only perfect for beachfront, but it was a short drive to Publix and downtown St. Augustine. We had one hiccup with housekeeping which we reached out to the rental company and they responded right away-communication was great all around. We would stay here again if in St. Augustine!
