The house is fully available to guests other than the locked owners closet and attic.

• No Smoking in the property.

• No pets allowed.

• We have a few bikes for guests use, please use the provided helmets. Host or owners are not liable for accident or injury. Please lock bikes and treat them as your own.

• Please refer to the `house rules` section for all house rules, thanks!

*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!
