The space
Set within a 1922 duplex, this lower-level unit offers a relaxed stay for up to four guests. High ceilings, tile floors, and natural light create an open and inviting atmosphere. The living area provides a comfortable spot to unwind with an HDTV, while thoughtful touches throughout make it easy to settle in. This is renting just the downstairs unit, in which the backyard is now shared with the upstairs unit. Each property has its own private entrance, and there is no connection between the upstairs and downstairs units once inside, offering privacy once indoors.
Sleeping arrangements
Two bedrooms each feature a queen bed, providing a restful setup for small groups or families. Linens and storage are included for a comfortable stay, and the full bathroom offers a bathtub along with bathroom essentials.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals at home, making it easy to enjoy a quiet breakfast before heading out or wind down with takeout in the evening. A dining table offers space to gather and share meals together.
Outdoor living
Enjoy time on the front porch with swing seating or step into the shared backyard for a bit of fresh air. The setting is calm and residential, offering a peaceful place to relax between outings.
