Neighborhood
Historic Lincolnville is a very safe, leafy, charming, and walkable—Victorian homes, oak canopies, and easy access to the Historic District/Old City. Walk to St. Augustine Distillery, Ice Plant, Fish Camp, La Nouvelle, microbreweries, cafes, and riverfront trails. Beaches (St. Augustine Beach/Vilano) are a short drive.
There is community pool (May-Sept), Pickleball courts, and large park 10 minute walk from the home at Vickers Park.

Renter agreements have become very common in the industry; it summarizes the various house rules, policies, etc and protects both hosts and guests. It will be sent as a link outside of VRBO.
