This home was a great place for friends to congregate and spend quality time with each other. It is a super fun house with the pool as well as games in the garage that were nice to have during rain storms. Hosts were absolutely amazing and very responsive with any questions you may have. The home is prime location close to downtown and the beach!

Spotless, easy, relaxing, and plenty of room. Three adults were able to remote work easily. I did bring my own portable computer desk and fold out table to allow the privacy of their own room to work from as we used every room on the house. My family of 15 was easily accommodated and the pool was perfect for the grandchildren Would definitely do this again

Big Family Getaway

My family and I had a wonderful time staying here this summer. We had a big group with several married couples and kids ranging from 1-8 years old. The house was well stocked for a big group, especially in the kitchen. It made cooking and serving big meals easy. The pool was such a luxury with a beautiful view. The privacy walls were a nice touch. The downstairs game room got use every night (more by the adults than the kids!). Bedrooms were comfortable and clean. Bath towels were a little small, so if you prefer a larger bath towel, maybe pack those or bring a robe. The many balconies made for a nice escape to read or just enjoy the view. We went to St. Augustine most days (8-10m drive with free parking) and Crescent Beach one of the days (15-20m drive). The beaches were beautiful and we appreciate the wash stations before having to get back in the car. We took the kids to the Alligator Farm which is practically walking distance from the house. That was an huge hit for kids and adults! Downtown was lovely and we visited the Fort de San Marco, too. All in all, wonderful experience. We would certainly book again!

Our family of 8 loved this beautiful and spacious home! It is a quiet and secluded area with a beautiful view of the Lighthouse and nature. The home is so convenient to everything in St. Augustine. The game room and pool were perfect at the end of the day!

Beach Week 2025

We rent a house each year so that all of our kids and grandkids can be together under one roof once a year. This is the second house hosted by Jared and Joshua and they are by far the best hosts we’ve experienced! We will definitely consider renting from them again!

Amazing house for a Family Vacation.

I will stay consisted of eight or more people, including children. We chose this house because it absolutely looked beautiful and it had nothing for our group. We will come to Saint Augustine for our daughter’s wedding and had all our children stay with us and grandchildren at different times. We were able to prepare meals, relax go in the pool and utilize the ping-pong table, the karaoke, machine, and the card table. We sat on each of the balconies levels; especially the one with the view of the lighthouse. The sun was too strong and blinding on the poolside balconies. We used that mostly dusk and dawn. The pool water was warm, sparkling clean, views of wildlife and with pink birds that would fly in the distance. Also, there were beach chairs, pool rafts, and other accessories. We would definitely book again. Communication between the hosts Jared and Joshua were A Thank you

Family Meets up from KY FL MS

The house is great for larger parties. Lovely sitting area for evening cocktails by pool looking at the lighthouse and a bird sanctuary. 2 miles from beach and 2 miles from Old Town.

My Bucket List Complete

For my 60th birthday I brought family 15 family members to this property. It didn't disappoint. There was more than enough room for all of us to sleep comfortably. The house was beautiful and fit for a fun week with karaoke, poker and a huge kitchen for cooking our favorite meals. I had the trip to St Augustine on my bucket list for quite some time. We were located so close to historic downtown and all of the beautiful sight seeing. I will definitely be back and would love to stay at another of their properties. The property managers were easy to work with and so accommodating. Thank you, St. Augustine, this girl will be back!

Even exceeded expectations

Beautiful, clean property with an elevator to get guests and luggage up to 3rd floor - no need to carry anything upstairs! But the great surprise was the wildlife reserve across the street. From the balconies we watched a wood stork, several roseate spoonbills, various types of herons, cranes, ducks and egrets. Spectacular view

Stay at 6 Bedroom Oasis

We had the best time at 6 Bedroom Oasis! The property had everything we needed and was perfectly located in between downtown and the beach. The property owners were great at communication prior to check in and after. Will definitely look to come back in the future!

A great girls trip

There was 6 of us all ladies. We loved the house the “play room”. A bar a karaoke machine a ping pong table and darts. Such a relaxing 4 days. The house made it so easy for all 6 of us to have privacy yet so many places to meet and enjoy each others company. Highly recommend

Even better than expected - First Class All the way

We have stayed in many, many rental homes over the years. This one by far is the best stocked and most beautifully decorated. Everything is first class – the mattresses and pillows, the softest towels, lighted bathroom mirrors, tons of remote-controlled ceiling fans, large flat screen TV’s and balconies! Pool area, game room, 2 living rooms. The kitchen is without a doubt the best equipped I have ever seen. So many high-quality pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and utensils. We started a game trying to think of a kitchen gadget that they wouldn’t have. All of our guesses failed when we would find multiples of most items. Jared was so very helpful, and it was easy to see that he really wanted us to have an incredible time. Very responsive both before and during our stay. One day I locked us all out. Jared has us back in the house in less than 5 minutes. We typically try to stay on or near the beach and love the beach views. We did not miss this at all. We had incredible views of the lighthouse and loved just watching the lights- it stormed 2 nights, and the lightening show was spectacular. Lots of birds in the grassy areas. We thought we had a flock of flamingos – the locals thought this was so funny (pink spoonbills). A very short trip to the beach or downtown. A very quiet neighborhood and dead-end street with absolutely zero traffic. A large, roomy home with first class everything. A very responsive host. We can’t wait to go back! Thank you, Jared!

This home is amazing!

I cannot stress how beautiful this home is. It’s large, we were a group of 14 and we had more than enough beds. It is three stories, but it comes with an ELEVATOR!! I’ve never stayed in a home with an elevator, it was cool! It has a nice size pool with plenty of outdoor places to eat. It had a large kitchen that was completely stocked with enough pots and pans to cook, cooking utensils, baking sheets, toaster, coffee pot, blender, mixer, etc. They even provided enough dish washing detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in all the bathroom. There were more than enough towels too. The garage has lots of fun things for the kids to do, including a karaoke machine. This house was definitely worth the money. It is centrally located to the beach (7-15 mins drive) and downtown. The only thing that would have made this home even better is if it were on the beach 😊. However, it is so perfect in every other way, that you don’t mind the short drive to the beach. We would 100% recommend and would happily return. Thank you to Josh and Jarred for such a positive experience, you guys know what you are doing. I should also mention the hosts were quick to respond and wonderful to work with.

St Augustine!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It’s perfect for multiple families and is fully stocked with everything you could need. They even have a play pen and high chair which is great for those little ones. Our kids loved the pool and game room. Such a great home with lots of activities as well. Great location with a beautiful view of the lighthouse! We would definitely book again!
