«Had a lovely 2 night stay at Happy Trails B&B on a vacation with my dad. Room was clean and in great working condition. Shower was a bit small but manageable. The main building is a bit older so it can be a bit noisy at times when you’re on the first floor as the floors are creaky. The room had a portable heater/AC tower which helped a lot in minimizing noise at night. Washer and dryer were accessible, free, and a great help after a day in Bryce hiking. «Charming and cozy. Upon arrival, some of the bathroom supplies were missing ( soap and lotion) both there was shower gel. Also you have to note on a list what your needs are ( including “refresh” services), which means they don’t enter your room unless you submit your list.»

«We very much enjoyed our stay in Kanab! This is a small shared space, but the owners thought of all the details. It has very nice amenities and beautiful views. We enjoyed the swim spa and putting green. Great central point to visit the national parks and Grand Canyon and come back to relax at the end of a long day of exploring! Owners were very kind and helpful but also gave us our privacy. »

«Location of the property is perfect. The outdoor setting has potential (needs some tidying up and instructions). The unit was clean and had plenty of towels and most kitchen equipment (needs some more silverware). Drawbacks - There was dirty laundry outside our main door for the four days we were there. Two hours before we were to check out, a man entered the unit. That was a surprise as we were not expecting nor ready to receive any visitors. Overall - potential is there.»
