«I chose the Maids' Quarters primarily because it had two separate bedrooms with a queen sized bed in each. It turns out there was so much more to enjoy in this accomodation. The tastefully done furnishings and fittings, the fully stocked kitchen, the spaciousness, the quiet at night. Gary met us when we arrived and was happy to answer any question and give us tips on local eateries. Overall we were delighted with the property. It was very clean and comfortable and we did not want for anything.»

«This is not worth the cost. It is basically a farm stay surrounded by introduced trees with the faint smell of cow dung and the sound of gun shots. It may be near beautiful native trees of the Otways, but they are not accessible. The property map provided is out of date and access to the waterfalls hasn't been maintained. Be prepared for long arduous walks and rock climbing to access them. We stayed for a week on daily rates but had no top up of supplies. We had to supply our own soap, bin ...

"Extremely poor sound isolation. Could hear our neighbours all evening speaking quietly. Felt like we were sharing a hotel room with strangers. Room was clean, and nice. Common area by reception also nice. Common area by our «section» was horrid and smelt damp and moldy. Thankfully the smell didn’t carry into the room. "
