«We came from Cali to watch our Mariners beat the Giants. The location is perfect because it is far enough away from the madness of the city traffic but close enough to the public transportation to get there in a few minutes. I do recommend using the public transportation as it is easy to navigate and is $3 a person rather than the $35 Uber ride each way. The guesthouse we stayed in was clean and decorated nicely. «Tom was great. Communicated well both before and during our stay, offered local things for us to do. Property was nice, and quiet. My only downside is the stairs to get to and from the parking. For those of us who are limited mobility having that in the description or a photo so were aware would be helpful. Dont get me wrong, they werent unmanageable but after a long dsy of walking around Seattles attractions those stairs were brutal, BUT I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN. The location is ...

«I don’t say this lightly, this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. It was very quiet, private, and the location is great for exploring Seattle. The interior is modern and clean. I felt like I was at home for the entire week. Parking was super easy. There are coffee shops within walking distance. The hosts were excellent communicators. I would 100% stay here again. »

«This pet friendly stay was great! Sean was a warm and friendly host. The nicely landscaped large backyard was fully fenced, bringing great joy to our two dogs after being cooped up in the car for the long trip. The house is close to I-405 but the traffic noise was hardly noticeable. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Highly recommend Sean and his place.»

The water taxi and ferries to Bainbridge, Vashon and West Seattle are all 5 min walk across the street.
