«Very enjoyable overall. Clean and well appointed. Amazing view and welcoming waterfront amenities. Instructions posted in the room were helpful. Pest control tech was spraying for spiders on the patio while we were in the room sitting and looking outside, not a big deal but worthy of mention.»

«Great place to stay especially you are using ride share since parking is very difficult in this area. Checkin was not easy and a deposit is required but not listed. Virtual check-ins are generally difficult and this one was very difficult but staff answered quickly and it worked out.»

«Less than a ten minute walk to restaurants and taverns at the top of Upper Queen Anne hill»

«The owner was super helpful until we actually had a problem- the WiFi was not showing up to connect to, and I messaged the owner and sent a screenshot like they asked and then they never responded. We were not able to use the tv since it required WiFi. Not the end of the world, but a bit annoying when we wanted to wind down for the night and watch something before bed. Also, generally the place seemed a bit run-down and kind of sad looking.»

«There was no WiFi. Alerted the staff but they weren't any help. Otherwise a really nice space»

«Alexandra and Harry were wonderful hosts - so kind, welcoming, and friendly throughout our stay. Their guest house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Even during the hot summer days, the space stayed nice and cool (A/C and fans provided). The neighbourhood was quiet, safe, and quite hilly (a good little workout!). It was also only about a 10-minute walk to the light rail station, making it easy and convenient to get downtown. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily ...

«I like that the place was about 15 minutes from downtown, but it was very misleading. I did not know that it was just a room I was under the impression that you get a private living room and kitchen. you get a room like a one bedroom in a 3 story house shared with a lot of people. The living room is Shared. The kitchen is Shared and you only get like a room a single bedroom.»

«Clean Kind/helpful owner»

«Fueron muy amables con el check in, la propiedad en buenas condiciones, baños y habitaciones limpias, no tuve complicaciones con el baño y la cocina compartidos debido a que no estaba llena la ocupación y algunas habitaciones tienen su propio baño. Cama y almohadas cómodas. La cocina solo me dio problema que las ollas se les pegaba todo, así que tuve que comprar una con teflon. Solo no me gustó en el check out que aún no eran las 11 en punto y ya me estaban tocando la puerta que “please check ...

«It’s no frills but clean and very comfortable and in a great location.»

«This is a entirely communal space just fyi, you can’t use the kitchen after quiet hours and the bathroom isn’t connected to the room. On top of all of this I had to get another hotel because I couldn’t get into the bathroom and had been on the road for hours and it was 2am! I was granted no refund of any sort for this error so choose this place wisely»
