«We had a great stay! Comfortable and cozy accommodations provided a great place to relax and recharge after a long busy day out in the heat of the day. Everything was clean and well stocked. Great descriptions and directions from the host. The host was also responsive and timely with any questions. Kitchen was well equipped and everything there was also clean and functional. «Jill’s property was peaceful and quiet. We loved our stay. We absolutely loved, Dexter, the donkey and Willow and Marley, the cats. We had a very nice stay. I would not recommend counting the futon as a sleeping option. The bed in the master room was very comfortable, as well as the bed upstairs. Jill was excellent with communication and everything was well written out for check in and check out.»

«This was my 3rd time renting Cozy Corner. It has all you need for your stay. It is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a great park, community pool and Pizza Hut! The host is friendly and quick to respond when needed.»

«This property owner is non communicative with both guests and VRBO. They will eventually, at the last minute when prompted by vrbo, send check in instructions and say they expect a 5 star review. We would not feel safe traveling to this property (especially with children) without solid communication. All onus is placed on guests no matter the circumstances. This property owner knows that and works in those parameters. Cannot in good faith recommend this property or host.»
