«This hotel stay was one of the most frustrating experiences my sister and I have had, despite staying at many Hiltons. The check-in employee was dismissive and rude. We couldn’t check in because the floors were still wet from cleaning, yet he suggested we enter the room anyway. After a long drive, being told to return in an hour was disappointing.
