«This was one of the most carefully and well-equipped VRBOs I've stayed at. I cooked a lot and virtually every spice, condiment and cooking utensil I could have wanted was there. The towels and amenities in the bathroom were high quality and plentiful. The views of the Colorado front range are stunning because the house is at the very edge of a large subdivision and sight lines are unimpeded. «Loved this property. Our kids ranging from 2-17 all loved the house. Loved the theater, the game room and all the space. Doesn’t look like much from the inside, but once you get in it’s so nice and so much room! Would stay again on my next visit! Communication was also top notch, always answered right away. »

«Seamless experience - parking, access and unit instructions were clear and concise. The basement suite was perfect for two of us and had all the things we needed plus some. Grocery, fast food and non fast food were all within a 10min drive and we made it to the upper north lot of Red Rocks in 15min which included several minutes stopped to watch deer cross. We really appreciated the house kitties who welcomed us - great stay, great experience.»

«This property was clean, quiet, well kept up and just what we needed. Jeff was an amazing host and always responded quickly, I normally book properties with a washer and dryer unit to ease with laundry, and I noticed this property didn't have a washer and dryer unit once I arrived. That was the only issue I had throughout the week and it was easily resolved with surrounding laundry matts as well as we had family in town! «Everything exactly as described. A little tricky to find once you get out of your car. Couple of gates as you walk through the back yard before you get to the Welcome sign on the last one. We were not fans of the Murphy bed. It’s a bit squeaky. Plenty of towels. Having a washing machine was a plus. Bathroom is very nice. On street parking was not an issue during our 4-nite stay.
