«Silverton is a great rustic town—much more chill than Durango and Ouray! This property is just one block off the Main Street, which made it easy to walk around and explore the town, without all the noise that comes from being on Main Street. The property has a lot of fun original features like the floors and pictures of the town. Showers worked great, hosts were friendly—all around a great place to stay!»

«Amazing property!!! Very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the screened windows let in the cool mountain air as needed. The best part was sitting on the balcony by the river - so relaxing. The hot springs were a short walk away, and the town shops were walkable as well. We would love to stay again in the future.»

«This property is beautifully decorated. I also appreciated that it is was well stocked (detergent, trash bags, plenty of towels), well equipped kitchen. We brought beach towels but they had some available for use so you could save yourself from packing them. I greatly enjoyed my morning coffee on the back deck listening to the river. We walked to town for dinners and ice cream and it was only about 15 minutes. The hot springs water park is only a 5 minute walk. FYI…you are able to bring your own ...

«The property was exactly what we needed for our National Parks trip. It was convenient to downtown Montrose, Ouray and the NP. The property was spotless, had a ton of character, very well-equipped with amenities and Jeff was extremely helpful in navigating our time in Montrose. There isn't a single reason we wouldn't stay here again. Thanks much!»

«Beautiful property and nice shaded trees. The river was great to sit in and it was nice having Paonia only 5 minutes away. If Big B's is having live music next door, you will hear it, but it didn't bother me. George is very nice and a great host as well. Definitely will be coming back.»

«If the back yard would have been clean and the back screen and door fit it would have been nice to have that back yard. The extra blanket was filthy If the bathroom and laundry room was finished off looks to be still under construction. Both were scary. What about that drive way? VERY DANGERIOUS Parking very dangerious. Should not be used in the winter time. Bed was comfortable but not a queen a double to small. The kitchen was cute and very nice. The cleaner didn't reach above her head ...

«It had a large living room. The owner allowed us to bring family to the house to play games and visit. I appreciate the space for our visit. The house was clean and had good pans and dishes so we could provide for my uncles, aunts, and cousins that stopped by. I would recommend to make the stairs a little lower for older guests to enter easier.»
