«I stayed at this resort for one night and unfortunately had a very poor experience. When I checked into my room, it was not properly prepared. The bathtub was clogged and filled with water, making it unusable. I contacted maintenance, and it took about two hours for someone to arrive. Even after they “fixed” it, the same issue happened again when I tried to use the shower. There were also missing items in the room, and overall it did not feel properly maintained or ready for guests. Given the ...

«The restaurant closed at 10. We got there at 9 and were told they wouldn’t seat us. The pool was dirty by the end of the day, there were three fire pits but only one worked. When we asked if someone could light the other one, they said no. There was rust on the door frame to the bathroom and no microwave in the room. »

«Come equipped with any essential, like a sponge or soap because they don't have that there. The advertised free coffee in the lobby but that did not exist. We also had to go ask for enough towels multiple times during our stay. The on-site restaurant was closed the entire time we were there because of occupancy. So that was a huge bummer given that was one reason we booked this one. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool and the easy Beach access. The price is good, and the parking is easy. »
