The hotel itself is a beautiful property and the lobby is very nice as well as all the staff we encountered. The first room we had stunk really bad, they moved us to a different room that was musty but didn’t stink like the first room. The sink was clogged and we had to have the maintenance come 2 times to fix that. The rooms are tired and need a solid remodel. Poop patch jobs, old carpet, old furniture old appliances, the beds weren’t terribly uncomfortable but they weren’t exactly comfortable either. The rooms were minimally cleaned, lots of dust and hair left on the floor. The patio had trash on it. An item
Fell behind the furniture and I tried to retrieve it the back of the furniture had fallen off and had sharp staples sticking out that left my arm with deep scratches. On top of all that they had a huge gymnastics competition this weekend which brought in so many people that were clustered everywhere and left no space for anyone in the pool or hot tub or in any of the common areas. Parking was sparce as well. The location was beautiful but I would not go back or suggest this hotel to anyone in the future.
