«This was a nice place to stay. We had everything we needed. It is not fancy, but it was fine for us. The people who run the Eagle Bay Inn are incredibly nice and helpful and interesting. They picked us up at the airport and drove us to our embarkation place the next day. There is no elevator, but the staff carried our luggage up and down the stairs. We felt valued as customers.»

«Lets face it, this is in Alaska. The word "posh" probably doesn't exist there. What this hotel do have in spades, is friendliness. I have stayed here more than once and they have literally been driving me anywhere I have needed to go. All of the staff have been super friendly and making it feel real, because they are.
The beds are very good! Actually better than most hotels I have been staying in. The rooms are clean and for the price, they are real spacious too. There is a free wifi that ...

«I had an issue with the cleanliness of the Jacuzzi tub. The staff was amazing both at check-in all they fixed the TV and the next day when I had a complaint about the tub . Would I go back? I am considering it only because thestaff was awesome and truly cared about our stayand they made it right as they could after the fact.»

«The room and hotel were kept very clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly. My only suggestion concerns the Bowflex: it did the job, but a sturdier machine would be nice.»
