I have stayed here more than once and they have literally been driving me anywhere I have needed to go. All of the staff have been super friendly and making it feel real, because they are. «The lodge was wonderful and we had a beautiful view of the ocean from our room. We also appreciated the laundry facilities. However, when we first arrived, there two very unfriendly (bordering on rude) employees at the front desk. The person on the desk later was much better.»

«I stayed here the night before I caught the ferry and it was fantastically comfortable. The only issue that I had, and it was very minor, was finding the check-in instructions, but it was no trouble - another guest showed me the way. Well, there was a second issue. The driveway is very steep with some very sharp turns. I had everything I owned in the back of my pickup, so with the added weight, it was problematic for me to maneuver the driveway. «There was basically no breakfast tho it was advertised as offering breakfast. There were some things available - very limited and you had to pay for them. The rooms were clean but extremely small for the price. The staff was very helpful. The TV in the lobby was set to Trump giving a speech, which is their right and, perhaps we should all sit and watch our president when he speaks publicly, but given the current divided country, probably made some people very uncomfortable. «The main issue we had as there is no sign on the building! There is no way to identify you have arrived at the location. You have to get the room key from a store near the building ( we had to ask people in the street and eventually another store owner took us to the right store to get the key) very unprofessional and frustrating. »
