Breakfast was very good self serve. Good variety of foods. Rooms and amenities were nice. Will stay there again next time we get to Haines.»

«At the White House was perfect for my brief stay in Skagway. It's within walking distance to "downtown" and all of the sights/restaurants/etc. Staff was wonderful and easy to work with. The room is quiet, clean, and comfortable. Although the building itself is old, all of the fixtures (electrical, plumbing, etc.) is updated. Highly recommended!»

«The hotel may have rebranded to the Southeast Resort, but it is an old hotel. The refrigerator shell was broken. The room just looked tired. The elevator was extremely slow. The bathtub wasn't really clean and there was someone else's long hair clinging to the shower curtain, yuck. On the positive side the bed was quite comfortable, and the hotel location is right by downtown and close to tourist areas.»

«The connecting room had little blockage of the sound from noisy neighbors. The neighbors were noisy late at night and early in the morning. Staff did nothing to alleviate. The neighbors didn't answer the door nor quiet when knocking on the door.»
