«Very quaint and clean. Hot tub was wonderful, love the huge porch entertaining area. Close to activities but still semi secluded on a quiet dead end street. Enjoyed our stay.»

«Overall, the rental was a good experience with some minor caveats. There was no hand soap or Kleenex and the rental is right next to the highway so there is a good amount of road noise. Thankfully, we brought a sound machine and it covered the road noise. We would consider staying again in the rental in the future.»

«I checked in, and found dead and alive bugs! Spiders, nats, crickets. Overall dirty floors, microwave, and fridge just dirty! The AC was pretty loud, overall the bugs had me up! It’s by the lake, I guess this is normal! Just not for me! Tight fit as well!»

«We wanted to enjoy a weekend in Carlton Landing and all it has to offer without overspending for a two-night lake getaway. This guest house was small, but just right for what we needed. There’s no oven/stove unit but they have an electric stove top appliance that allowed us to cook breakfast on. Short walk to the pool, food trucks, beach and other spots. The ladder was steep (as expected), but our 4 and 8 year old boys did okay with it.»

«If you are looking for a luxury cabin for 5-8 members in Broken Bow 3 minutes away from Beavers Bend State Park, this is it! My family of 5 had a wonderful time here despite bad weather. The host went the extra mile to check the weather and let me know the safest time to drive before we left. She also mentioned that the view is beautiful even in the rain, which was true. «My wife and I are in our late 60's. What an amazing experience in the Ouachita National Forest. The pictures do not do this place justice. Everything was just as described. Bed was very comfortable and living area was particularly clean. We brought our own TV with Amazon FireStick and watch over WIFI just as if we were home. T-Mobile cell reception was perfect at the house.»
