«Check in process wasn’t bad. The room was just enough for what we needed. The a/c is not the best. The real problem was when we got locked out of our room and we called for someone to fix the lock, initially, someone came out to check the lock, he established it was inoperable, said he’d be back to fix it the next day and never showed up. «Fabulous! Unfortunately, we were only stopping through Milan on our way back to the US. We would have loved to stay longer. Very nicely decorated apartment. Gracious host who provided us with maps, dinner reservations and a nice tart for breakfast and badly needed water. So convenient to everything and a short bus ride to the Duomo or the opposite direction directly to the airport which picked up just outside of the apartment.
