«Newly renovated, very clean. The location is excellent, right by a bus and tram stop that goes both to the city centre and the central train station, and there's a lot of restaurants and cafés within walking distance. There's little noise from the street while in the room. The room is big, with a desk, a minifridge and kettle and espresso machine. Necesseties such as towels, soap and shampoo was provided. «The property was clean . In the basement, so no issues of stairs. The owner was very responsive and helpful too. The kitchen was well equipped ( no dishwasher though). The bathrooms and rooms were very clean. The area was pretty central too, easy access to the station through the tram and the metro was pretty close too. Good stay! »

«I was surprised to see that it was a shared kitchen with one other guest. The bed wasn't comfortable, old mattresses. The place was clean, not quiet due to children playing all day outside. The owner also texted me that I had to check in by 19:30 which made it very difficult, but he eventually agreed to meet me at 20:00. Also, the owner insisted on taking a picture of my passport. This I found to be odd and suspect. Be careful.»
