«No one told us of the 40$ a day parking. I went back to Expedia and checked. I was wrong , it said 30$ a day.. I wish the receptionist would’ve told us upon check in. Other than that, it was a beautiful stay!»

«the host was available and responsive when needed. i booked at the last minute, and was graciously accommodated. the room was as in photos. very clean with all amenities needed for a pleasant visit. you can’t beat the location! I was a resident on Kauai for 10 years, and being in Poipu was a desirable area since it is convenient to restaurants and shopping if that’s of interest for you. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again myself in the future. »

«We stayed 2 nights and It was perfect for the 2 of us. Great location. Walking distance to the beach, and a few restaurants. The garden view off the back balcony was beautiful. Casey the host, kept in communication with us before our arrival and throughout our stay. Casey was always available, if we had any questions regarding the area or recommendations. »

«Unit was good , slightly dated but functional. Ac in master made a gurgling noise. Unit is on third floor which is not advertised. Unit has closet with beach stuff which was handy. Locating the unit in the dark upon our arrival was difficult as property is dimly lit. Overall was decent place to stay . »

«This place was amazing. The host quickly answered our questions before we arrived so we knew exactly what was going to be provided and what we would need to bring along. The condo was very clean and the grounds were very well kept! We enjoyed our stay and the beauitful view with a great location to explore the island. The condo was exactly like the photos! Beautiful stay, gorgeous views, would highly recomend!!!! »

«Great place to stay if you are in Kauai! Staff were incredibly helpful and we felt comfortable. The place is gorgeous with great views of the ocean. There isn't a sandy beach that is part of the resort, just a rocky one. However, there is a beach with sand nearby that visitors frequent.»

«Host was great about providing timely info. The property has a wonderful laid back vibe and is within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Beach access is a short walk to the main lawn and then onto an outstanding beach. The property has a wonderful Breakfast Cafe as well. Our unit was very comfortable with everything you would need.»
