«The venue was represented as a Bed and Breakfast on Expedia. The listed amenities included breakfast, The host explained it was not a Bed and Breakfast but a short-term rental. No breakfast was forthcoming. Moreover, the room did not have a bathroom but a shared bathroom down the hall that was not disclosed. The room was also unusually small. Finally, the room had a check-in after 4:30 and a checkout before 10AM. The home was beautiful but the experience of staying there was disappointing,»

«Staff was mean at my arrival. It felt like I distracted her from her phone by arriving a bit late (around I think 9:30pm). She was not helpful at all as I wanted to know my options for food. Also when I ordered my dinner through uber-eat and the food arrived, the delivery drier was not allowed to come to my room - which I understand policy but they way that was communicated to me was rude. »

«Great location and great pricing. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. The bartender downstairs was very cool and remembered us from last time we stayed. I had an issue with my remote control and the front desk had somebody up there in 5 minutes to fix it. Walking distance to very many restaurants and the convention center. Very clean rooms and and comfortable beds. Affordable. Easy parking.»

«While I enjoyed the comfort of my bed, the size of the room, and the view… the second we walked in through the front door to the lobby, it smelled like animal pee, and the second we walked into our room, we were hit with the overwhelming smell of weed. «Great walkable location for Sacramento. It's near many restaurants, bars, entertainment. The farmers market that occurs on Saturday's a couple times a month. We were able to walk everywhere from this location. Many parks within walking distance. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was superb, friendly and helpful.
