«I stayed here with my family of 5 and this house was the perfect size for us (2 adults, 3 kids: 11-17 in age). The property is a nice 15 minute walk to the main strip of Kings Beach and about a 10 minute walk from Safeway. The house itself was clean and we enjoyed the log cabin feel of the interior. «This rental was perfect for my friend and I who met for a long weekend getaway. The house was really comfortable (great layout), decor was tasteful, and the location was in a safe and quiet neighborhood. There are really fun additions like a game room and mini bar! The backyard is in need of a makeover (landscaping) but it didn’t really impact us as we didn’t sit outside. It has a ton of potential. «Overall I was very happy with this property. It was very clean and was easy to get anywhere in town. Problems like a light not working addressed with the manager were addressed promptly. Bed and pillows were comfortable. It was quiet and has a beautiful view of the valley and mountains. My only issue is that the kitchenware (pots and pans) were really beat up/scratched and should be replaced.
