«We only could only stay one night. It is a very safe place. There is also a snack bar downstairs. The place is beautiful . It was very clean and inviting. It's very close to Louisville. Dominique was so helpful when I had questions. Are only suggestions are have a few cups for coffee or tea and a few small pots. . We actually ate in Prospect we'd recommend Quarters Riverside Grill for dinner and in Jeffersonville Gretchens Kitchen for breakfast. Thanks for sharing your place»

«Exceptionally Clean!! Exceptionally well located!! Great beds & bedding!! Those are my top needs when I look for places to stay usually but additionally here the VRBO was upscale. Style in every room and little nice extra’s. High end coffee & snack “bar” was fun & the kids really liked snacks that were unique and fun but trying too hard. «Our stay was awesome. Check-in process was easy. Room was huge!! Very comfortable and a block down from 4th Street Live (several restaurants and bars.) Quick Uber ride down to Main Street and you have access to even more restaurants and bars. Great place to stay overall.»

«We were going to The Palace theatre for a concert and the location was perfect. We parked in the garage and walked 2 blocks to The Brown Hotel for drinks and apps, then 1 block to the Palace, and 1 block back to VRBO. Perfect!»

«Adorable apartment. It’s nice having coffee supplies. The bed was comfy and the water pressure in the shower was strong. The shower is small, about the size of a cruise ship shower. Only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars was the noise. There was constant barking and whining of the two dogs that were in the other side of the unit. Fortunately they were only there our first night.»

«Loved this loft. The view of downtown is great. Everything you need is provided. Dinnerware, cookware, silverware, etc. Parking on Witherspoon St in the Witherspoon Garage East is the cheapest option and its not far from the loft. You can walk to a lot of restaurants from here. The mattress is a memory foam and its firm which worked for my short stay but only for a short stay.»

«The loft is a great place to stay! The communication lacks though, asked a couple of questions and never got a response. Also, we stayed during the week and a couple of guys started working downstairs about 7 AM.»

«We were not provided the main code for the front door, fortunately, there are many very friendly individuals that work in the apartment complex that were able to help us. Definitely took a little time to remember all the different codes for the building. The security code for the apartment is time sensitive, cannot check in one minute early. The apartment itself is very nice, we loved using the pool and grills on the roof!»

«I was not happy with the additional ID verification on another site and also requiring more money. I would have cancelled reservation at that point but when I looked to cancel I noticed it was nonrefundable. All the fees added to this rental doubled the price of the original rental price.
