«The host was very responsive and accessible. The house is freshly updated and uncluttered. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The view is lovely. The showers are small but manageable and there is no washing machine or dryer at this property. Overall it is a nice place and met our need for sleeping and making breakfast. We will very likely stay here again when we are in the area visiting family.»

«What a lovely home!!! This remodeled farmhouse is fabulous!! Cozy and inviting, with modern upgrades and every convenience. If you’re coming to Romney for a train ride or other function, you can’t find a better location. So peaceful. We loved it!! The beds are beautiful and comfortable. The bathroom is gorgeous!! Absolutely perfect!!»

«Place was clean, reasonable and we could walk everywhere!»

«The place was spotless and very comfortable. We attended a wedding at the Villa nearby, and the location was perfect! Because of the seclusion of the property, the hosts have had bad experiences with guests in the past and are a little more uptight than past experiences with VRBO, but they were very nice and accommodating nonetheless. Several other people live/work on the property and there are lots of restrictions on where you can and can’t go, so you don’t have a true free rein as we expected ...

«The property was absolutely wonderful! We have a great time. It was clean, comfortable, and we really enjoyed all of the amenities that were on site! Area was secluded, nice and quiet. The little snacks on the coffee bar and everything else were a very kind gesture. Host was very communicative and responds promptly. Very kind and hospitable! We really appreciated the last minute request I had made of bringing one more person and our dog! Looking forward to staying again sometime! Thank you all ...

«The listing includes hot tub in the title of the property. The "fine print" states that the hot tub may not be properly maintained. I thought that if the hot tub was heavily advertised as it is in this listing, renters are expected to be able to make use of it without adverse health effects. I brought a test kit with me and found the chlorine to be 20ppm (5ppm is the max safe level) and the pH, which affects skin comfort to be very acidic. The property itself was excellent, with a fire ring, ...

«Great place to stay for the Polar Express! Close and in a really cute little town with a lot of shops and restaurants in walking distance. As it’s an aesthetic grandma-core dream, it’s not the most kid-friendly (beautiful art and lamps everywhere), but also totally doable. Stayed with two mom friends and our five kids and had a blast!»

«This house has it all! Kitchen is well stocked - plenty of dishes, glasses, coffee cups, utensils, silverware, pots and pans, etc. The house is beautifully decorated, and comfortable. Very lovely/unique amenities- in home theater with very comfortable recliners, sauna, cold plunge, hot tub. We enjoyed competitive pickleball games and the outside fire pit by the creek every evening. And the house is centrally located to all the attractions in the area. We had fun hiking, mountain biking and ...
