«Went to celebrate a friends birthday. It was convenient to the Potomac Eagle train ride. Easy to find. The cabin was clean and very comfortable. Had a challenge using the tv but host helped and we enjoyed the movie. It is a small porch but had a great view. I read a comment about someone elses hot water problem but we had plenty. I would have liked to check in earlier but realize cleaning people need time to get it ready. We had multiple texts about checking out timely, I guess some people took ...

«The cabin was nicely located on the river, but was a little loud at times from truck noise on the road. Interior was clean and comfortable. The code wasn't updated at check-in, and it took us about 5-10 minutes of standing outside at night to get it resolved. Also, the guest house lights randomly went on during our second evening and shone bright lights into the cabin. Manager did not respond until the next morning.»

«We have stayed at the cabin four times now. Never have any problems or if we need anything or have a question. Homeowner always answers right away. It wasn't as clean upon arrival just this time but were refunded for that and I'm sure it won't happen again. Cant wait to go back»

«We enjoyed an extended stay at Otter’s Way in early spring. As others have said, this property is exceptional. The grounds with the ponds are a natural paradise, so much fun to watch and hear the many birds, otters, frogs (and even local cows down the way). The house is comfortable and welcoming with great views and spacious indoor/outdoor spaces. If you leave the curtains open at night, the downstairs bedroom provides a magical view of the stars. «This is the secind time my family and i have stayed at this property. We loved it as much as we did the first time. You have neighbors but its surrounded with nature so you almost dont even know that they're there. The kids loved the river access and playing with the canoe and floaties that were provided. The back patio is very inviting and decorated nicely. My favorite room of the house has to be the sun room. We plan on coming back anually.»

«This property was clean, modernly decorated and well furnished/supplied. It would sleep 6 but it is small. We were just the 2 of us and it was good. Like someone else said in their review, the neighborhood is not visually nice but the rental property itself is nice. We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the hot tub. For an issue we had, the owner responded very promptly.»

«The house was warm, cozy and inviting right down to owners original artwork. We had 8 people in our group - 4 adults 4 kids - Plenty of room for everyone. The craft room was AMAZING tons of things to keep EVERYONE entertained!! Of course the outside animals kept the younger kid's interests going. The owners were very communicative, easy going and attentive. Property very clean and well maintained. Will definitely return!!»
