«The host was easy to get a hold of and very friendly & accommodating. Check in was very easy. The house was clean and easy to find, definitely met our expectations. The a/c worked great, beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for all 5 of us. We only stayed one night after our cruise and weren't there long enough to use all of the amenities, but I would certainly stay again.»

«Great location to stay before our cruise. Held our family of 9 just fine. The only thing was that the pull out couch had some uncomfortable springs poking up where my 13 yr old was laying down. Other than that, we were very happy. House was clean. Plenty of space. Thank you! »

«Quiet, clean, close to beach. My husband and I stayed with another couple and appreciated having our own bathrooms. Walked to Preacher Bar one night, Fish Camp Grill (a little further - short uber) the second night. Also really short walk to budget car rental for drop off or pickup. I’ll likely be back with my two teen boys if we want to be close to cocoa beach and/or before/after a cruise. »

«Great location for a trip to the Kennedy Space Center. Just a short drive to the Space Center. After a long day at the Space Center we enjoyed dinner at the Dolphins Waterfront Bar and Grill - literally out the front door and around the corner. Relaxing atmosphere and good food. The condo was spacious, very clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed for our stay. I would certainly recommend this location for anyone making a visit to the area. »

The only complaint is the townhome does not have a great curb appeal. The house is much nicer inside than outside. Could use nicer landscaping.
