The Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is less than 20 minutes away and NASA Space Center is less than 30 minutes.

The home is 40 minutes from the Orlando International Airport, 15 minutes from Port Canaveral, 30 minutes from Downtown Cocoa Beach, 15 minutes from Historic Cocoa Village and 25 minutes from the Brevard Zoo.

This is a 2 bedroom home with 2 full bathrooms. There are 2 queen beds and 1 queen sleeper sofa, sleeping 6 comfortably. The property is located off a sandy lane with a private backyard. There are 3 areas to the porch - one porch is uncovered and accessible through the master bedroom, the second (larger) area is top covered, and the final section is completely screened in with a dining table and chairs.

The washer and dryer is located on the right side of the home - you will pass through the room with the washer and dryer when accessing the screened in porch area.

The TV in the living room is cable and the TV in the master bedroom is a Smart TV.

The home is located off a sandy lane.

There are 3 RING cameras on property - 1) Front of driveway, 2) Porch in backyard and 3) Corner of shed in backyard.
HOUSE RULES
1) All Communication must be through the chat feature on the app.
2) Due to a health hazard to the owners and others who manage this property, this property is not Pet Friendly. DO NOT bring any type of animal
3) Primary Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
4) NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Any guest that has a party will be asked to leave without a refund. ANY Parties will result in a minimum fine of $500.
5) Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed on the property including Vapes, Marijuana, and Tobacco. Smoking will result in a $250 fine.
6) Quiet time from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (even on weekends, no loud music or any loud noise during quiet time)
7) Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Check-In Time 3:00 PM
8) There is a lost key fee of $50 for any key that`s lost and not recoverable.
9) No Refunds on reservations canceled due to a violation of our House Rules

REPAIRS:
We do our best to provide each guest with the best vacation experience possible. However, just like in your home, sometimes issues might occur that require attention. Some issues do not interrupt nor disturb your stay and can be dealt with once your vacation is over. Other issues will require immediate attention and must be reported as soon as they occur.

The time to report them is NOT upon or after checkout of a multiple-night stay as there will be no compensation in those instances because we will consider them livable according to your standards. If you are experiencing a stay-altering issue with the property, we will get you moved to a different location immediately. Clear and Concise Communication is paramount.

Checkout Instructions:
Thank you for staying at our Vacation Rental. Before you go, we have a few things we ask you to do:
1) The checkout time is at 10 AM. Please be courteous and be out by then so housekeeping can get started.
2) Take out your trash.
3) Set the thermostat to 77 degrees Fahrenheit.
4) Empty fridge, throw food away - Please leave our coffee, creamer, and sugar in the designated area.
5) Be sure to check under the bed for any belongings you might have left behind, and log out of any streaming services you may have used.
6) Leave beds unmade - sheets, blankets, comforter and pillows on the bed - no need to strip the bed!
7) Leave used towels in a pile in the bathtub/shower.
8) Be sure all items are returned to their designated location (small appliances, games, books, ironing board and iron, hair dryers, pack-n-play, etc.).
9) Make sure all the windows are shut.
10) Please be sure the door is locked as you leave - If applicable, place the key in the lock box and scramble the code
