«Everything good except check in was clunky. Arranged to arrive after hours and collected directions to room, except the room allocated was already occupied. Couldn’t contact host as his phone was turned off, so after waiting in lounge room for an hour, I ended up just finding a vacant room and crashing in there for the night. Great value property, just frustrating at check in! »

«Have stayed here multiple times and never disappoints. Large clean bedroom with king sized bed, tv, aircon, small fridge & microwave. Wonderful continental breakfast is included and served overlooking gardens with visiting birds. There are outside table and chairs in the garden to use if desired. Perfect location in Cowaramup to discovery surrounding areas. Pam was a wonderful host.»

«I haven’t received the check in details at the time I arrived the property, and it is around 8pm and there is no staff staying there. My phone is not able to,call the property staff to ask for the check in so we knocked the door of one guest room and ask the guest helped us calling to the staff. Luckily we got a friendly guest and reached the staff via phone and finally our check in is success. Otherwise we can’t imagine where we can stay at that night. Btw the room is good, well decorated…»

«It was exactly as described, a beautiful quiet place to rest. Added bonus was full of retro furnishing, we loved it. Also the dog Jake on the property was lovely and friendly and we will miss him. «The property was very clean & tidy inside in a very quiet location. The courtyard outside needed some TLC to tidy up the garden. It was a short walk to Middleton Beach & also to the Golf Club. However, you needed to drive to local shops. We had a 5 night stay in the property & thoroughly enjoyed our time in Albany. »

«It’s not a cozy cottage stay when there’s no privacy. The back yard is open with the house . I probably should have read it better and I couldn’t fit my Ute in the of street parking , there was no details of the address so I ended up texting the owner and got a prompt reply with easy instructions to get in. The booking said for one when I put 2 adults in. So only 1 old towel provided Didn’t even stay in the end so easy money for the owner»
